## What Mia does today

- Answers on WhatsApp and by text instantly, in Spanish and English, switching mid-thread if the client does — at eleven at night and on Sundays.
- Asks what the realtor would ask to tell the browser from the serious client, and narrows the options to two or three.
- Shows real units, prices and floor plans — the Miami inventory Indalya provides. What isn't available never gets offered.
- Requests the showing in the chat and alerts the realtor, who confirms it.
- Records where each client came from (Instagram, the lobby QR, the portal, the realtor's site) and shows it in the realtor's panel, by source.
- In the panel the realtor reads every conversation and can hit "Escribir yo" ("I'll write") to write personally; Mia stops answering that conversation until it is released.
- Doesn't invent: no amenities, dates or floor plans that don't exist. When it doesn't know, it hands the question to the realtor and tells the client. It always discloses that it is an assistant.

## Pricing

- $100/month, up to 150 clients handled per month. No lock-in: cancel from the panel.
- $0 today. The 15-day clock starts with the first real conversation the assistant handles; the first $100 charge is made on day 15, with email reminders on day 8 and the day before.
